Montgomery Co. Pesticide Ban Halted - For Now

NGCOA Mid-Atlantic has been tracking the proposed pesticide ban in Montgomery Co., MD, and all its implied impacts for the future in neighboring areas.  Well good news!  They are staying their efforts to push this through for now.  The Mid-Atlantic Association of Golf Course Superintendents has been in the camp opposing the proposed ban (even though it was written to make golf courses exempt).  The letter is written to the MAAGCS President, Chris Harriman.  This is a victory for now.  We will continue to monitor the issue.
