| Advanced Business Training for Your Superintendent from Syngenta |

| As a golf course owner, you know how imperative it is to maintain and run a good business. At Syngenta, we recognize that golf course superintendents have increasing requirements not only to deliver outstanding turf conditions, but to also possess excellent business and managerial skills. For this reason, the Syngenta Business Institute™ (SBI) was created as an innovative professional business development program for superintendents. |

| For more than six years, Syngenta has invited golf course superintendents to our four-day program, hosted in partnership with the Wake Forest University School of Business. SBI will take place December 7-10, 2015, at the Graylyn International Conference Center on the campus of Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. |

| During this unique four day program, professors work with superintendents to improve their skills through a business management curriculum that includes: |

Applications are due Tuesday, August 18, 2015.
Approximately 25 superintendents will be selected to attend (education, travel and accommodations paid for by Syngenta); those selected for the program will be notified in October. |
