The National Golf & Resort Properties Group of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, the nation’s largest real estate investment services firm, has announced the sale of Meadows Farm Golf Course, according to Robert Waldron, Lead Agent for the transaction and Investor Advisor for the firm’s National Golf & Resort Properties Group based in Tampa, Florida. Meadows Farms Golf Course is a 28-hole golf course, spanning 263 acres; that is located in Locust Grove Virginia. Included in the sale of Meadows Farms was an 8,100 square foot clubhouse and 4,200 square foot cart storage facility. The course is a turnkey asset, providing outstanding growth opportunity for future ownership. At the time of sale the course was generating positive cash flow.
