 Please join your fellow MAPGA Professionals for a very versatile and informative education session at Holly Hills CC on Thursday, January 9, 2014. Presenters will deliver on topics like teaching with state-of-the-art technology, using your instincts in teaching, and developing into a high-level instructor. 1973 Walker Cup team member and special guest presenter Doug Ballenger will also be on-hand to discuss the role that PGA Professionals played in his success. PGA FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE SCHOLARSHIP FUND
 Children and grandchildren of PGA members who are planning to attend college in the fall of 2014 are encouraged to submit an application for financial assistance through the PGA Financial Assistance Fund Scholarship Program. Applications can only be submitted online and students should wait until they have their most current grade report (first semester) or transcript before applying. The deadline to subm it an application is March 17, 2014. CLICK HERE for complete details.

COLLEGE GOLF SEMINAR – FEBRUARY 8, 2014
 ATTENTION MAPGA PROFESSIONALS!! Registration is open for the 2014 College Golf Seminar at Congressional Country Club on February 8th. Please notify your prospective college golfers about this helpful and informative seminar. College Coaches from Towson, George Mason, Delaware, University of Maryland, and several others will be on-site to discuss recruiting, resume submissions, coaches’ expectations, and much more. The seminar cost is $50 and will run from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. (lunch included). Click here for additional information.
