Blue Heron Greens Renovation Update
The first Champion Ultra-dwarf Bermuda Greens in Williamsburg are growing in nicely at Ford’s Colony’s Blue Heron Course. We are pleased to announce that we have made the first cut of the new Bermuda greens just 26 days after they were sprigged. The greens are growing in well with the heat and humidity and are progressing on schedule.
The benefits of Champion Bermuda Greens are:
• Thrives in Summer heat
• Better quality surface more of the year
• Environmentally friendly with less water, less fertilizer and less pesticides
• Less core aerification
• More traffic and spike mark tolerant
We look forward to the completion of our new Champion Bermuda Greens in September.
