Mattaponi Springs Golf Club in Ruther Glen, VA Seeks General Manager

Elite Daily Fee golf facility is seeking a General Manager. The candidate must be a “high energy” individual with the ability to take charge and produce results. The General Manager will oversee the entire club operation including Golf, Clubhouse, Food & Beverage, and Golf Course Maintenance and must be able to provide guidance and team leadership to the staff. 

The candidate must possess outstanding communication skills, be highly visible to the public, and be sales focused with state of the art marketing strategies the ability to target group and corporate events. A creative and dedicated manager with strong food & beverage skills is considered very desirable.   Candidate must be proficient in MS Office and various POS systems with strong organization skills and attention to detail.
